good food but did not get my order right three times I drove all the way home and it was still wrong
THIS PLACE IS FILTHY! when I told a worker there were dead flies all over the counter where I was placing my order she shrugged it off!!!! Literally Flies, dead flies on the countertops! Floor was sticky, tables dirty. I couldn't eat!
Went to the drive thru and what I do that for. Waited over 20 minutes and once I did get my ONE item it was COLD + NOT GOOD. Never will I go there again.
It's Wendy's. Food is no better or worse than any other Wendy's. ( I like Wendy's ) But the drive through was very slow when we went through. Don't know if that is normal. We were just passing through Troy and the location was convenient. Would stop again if I'm area. Probably was an off day at the drive through.
Lots of customers at the drive thru. Wife wanted some fries too get her through to dinner. Decided to walk in. A few customers in line ahead of me. I waited over twenty minutes to get my order. Am order was taken, then started, then another was filled. It turns out their were multiple customers sitting at empty tables waiting for their food as well. The cashier was nice but the system they used here today was slow. The restaurant was clean but their were at least 10 flies hanging out at the front counter area. Very unappealing. Not my best visit to Wendy's.
