Stayed in June Great staff , great for the price Thanks ~ ( Update ) We stayed again in Nov for Thanksgiving The staff really has a way with making U feel Home away from Home Soo Warming - friendly very helpful with everything breakfast was great too Great place to stay when traveling & our babies (Dogs)can stay with us :) We love this place & ( Ms. Joyce ) We loved all the staff but Ms. Joyce really made us feel at home love U all see U next time Thanks:)
The staff is very unprofessional its amazing how you can be judged by someone for looking like a thug and being black but not understanding that no one is not supposed to be judged for there race color creed or origin maybe the hotel need to re evaluate who they hire and the sad part is that the staff is black as well. Also the rooms are a mess I bought a sleeping bag at Walmart because I refused to sleep under those old looking sheets and last who tape the shower head with duck tape I mean really

One room smelled bad from smokers. So the front desk moved me to a really nice room. They all have micro waves and refrigerator .
This hotel is WAY OVERDUE for a remodel. Our overall experience was "Okay". I feel there are other hotels in better condition that have reasonable rates that we can choose in the future. I was sorely underwhelmed, but the room served its purpose. Overall, the employees were friendly. When I called to say we were going to be checking in late, I was told that the second shift employee had called to say I was going to be charged for the room as a "no show". I had zero missed calls on my phone. I was slightly agitated but let it roll off. The third shift employee that greeted us was VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. All the appliances in the room look like they came from the early 1980's. I was afraid to use them. The shower head was stuck on the massage setting and it too looked like it hadn't been changed out in a while. The soaps smelled like wax. Towels, beds/linens, and TV were in good shape as expected. We didn't use the wifi, so no comment there. Breakfast was "Okay". The waffles were the only redeeming quality of the breakfast. Other breakfast items looked questionable. Overall, I don't have the desire to choose EconoLodge again. You brought a new meaning to "budget hotel". We left with a sense that the room served its purpose for our family and we will think twice before booking this hotel again.
