It was decent amd quite.
Owner is EXTREMLEY disrespectful and rude. Was promised that certain aspects of the trailer would be repaired before I moved in (lease was signed months in advance). Almost a year later damages are still not fixed. Entire property is covered in loose trash and stray cats. Carpets and floors were disgusting when I moved in. Water flow has now damaged the driveway coming in and out of the park and I'm sure the owner has no intentions of fixing it. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone including college students trying to save money. I would NEVER give the arrogant JIM GOLDEN another penny of my money!!!
The property is in horrible repair; garbage is strewn everywhere, glass in the roads, and stray animals everywhere you look. It's cheap for a reason.
You have been warned.

When you move out they change you $200+ dollars of your deposit if there is a lightbulb out. They do not care if damage is documented upon move in, YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED!
Jim and Judy Golden, the owners, are some of the most disrespectful and arrogant people that I've ever had the displeasure of associating with. They will say whatever it takes to get you to sign a lease but the second you do they do not make good on any of their promises.
Speed bumps SUCK!!!! SUCK!!!!!!! SUCK!!!!! Some trailers aren't well taken care of but some are also really nice. Oh. And the speed bumps SUCK!!!
If someone suggests living in this trash heap, run. Run as fast and as far as you can.
