Outstanding service! We were traveling through town when the water pump went out. Three Notch took care of us within the day and even directed us to local restaurants in the area while we were waiting. I highly recommend this auto shop!
This place is awful ! The lady has an attitude, and she is very VERY unorganized. I had to harass them to get a quote for my car. Then, they called me on a Wednesday and told me my car would be ready in 2 days. On Friday, I called to check on it and they didn't even have the part in yet to fix it! On Monday, I went to pick up my "fixed" car. Now, I can't drive my car while the air is on. This place is ridiculous and ALWAYS gets it wrong. This isn't the first car of mine that they've screwed up. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!
This bastard poured oil all over my car because he couldn't get another $100 out of me (I didn't have it to give to him if I wanted to).
Engine is seized and no longer works.
Charged $600 to replace the clutch, tried to add another $100 to my bill and another part to the car WITHOUT my consent and I asked them to take that part off. Owner proceeded to get huffy with me, but took off the part.
Broke down on the way to Panama City, they had me running again in 2 hours and back on the road. $112, great work.
I go to start my car later and the engine is making a noise it has never made before (I've never had engine trouble with that car). Open the hood and there is oil ALL OVER my engine.
