They've done a good job on replacing my tires. Also they have free tire rotation and will help you with any problem with your tire and tire pressure. Also free air for your tire.
We were evacuating Florida with our travel trailer due to hurricane Irma to be with family in Prattville. We had already fixed one flat tire as a result from a dried out valve stem in Ozark using our only spare. Then got another flat in Troy on Hwy 231. We were worried because it was Saturday almost 4pm, we thought what tire place is going to be open?? Google showed this Firestone just a mile from our location and open until 6. When we spoke to Greg on the phone, he wasn't sure they had a jack to lift the camper. We said we could remove the tire if they could fix. We were able to pull into their very busy shop a few minutes later. Greg and Ben assisted us, replacing 3 old valve stems AT NO CHARGE. Greg checked our 4th valve stem to confirm it was safe. They gave us much needed relief in a highly stressful situation. We are so grateful for their assistance, terrific service and making us laugh.
The guys here are normally helpful and polite. Never had any problems with what they've repaired.
I was having issues with tire sensor light indicator staying on. Thomas Gregg checked left rear low tire a few days before and did not find anything wrong with it. However, didn't notice light didn't go off. I took vehicle back in a few days later and Mr. Gregg Thomas and Greg, found a nail in right rear. They took care of the issue with the light sensor and nail in tire. Very Pleased! Thank you
I stopped to see if I could get my starter bolts tightened and they could only "charge for a new starter". I would not recommend this place to anyone.
