Great animal clinic! The staff was patient and kind. Overall a wonderful experience.
My wife witnessed abusive language toward my dog for pooping on the examination table. He sent my dog home under total sedation. She witnessed my dog fall off the table approximately 4 ft. to the ground as he verbally abused and threatened to kick her. He then gabbed her by the tail and lead and tossed her in the car. She came home lifeless in the floorboard with my wife crying. He should not have a license to practice and be charged with cruelty to amimals
This place is what all vet clinics should be. Dr. Madox cares for the animals you bring to him and he will tell you what is wrong and if it can be fix without needing around the bush.
You should ask around Troy, just saw a post on FB about how their pet was abused during care. If the stories are true this guy should be arrested.
Joe is a great Vet, he is a straight forward person tells it like it is. Took my dog in to have her ear taken care of. He had to do surgery to repair a busted blood vessel. Thanks Joe.
