Hands down publix gets a five star! I slacked this year (I honestly thought Mother's Day was a week later) thus ending in not having any gift prepared for my mother and grandmother. The situation was a little more complicated in the fact that I live on the other side of the country. So on a whim, I called the customer service desk to see if there was anything they could do, for a last minute shopper. Not only was the associate (Kylie) extermally polite but she was more than eager to help out. She found two beautiful bouquets, a cute (and from what I've heard) and a delicious cake, and a balloon to top it. I cannot express how grateful I am that she went above and beyond to make this Mother's Day amazing and memorable! Here's to s new customer many miles away!
