The owner of this business then had the nerve to blame us when they called back on Monday (in the afternoon, not morning like they promised) saying "Did you wait for the door to click?" The door never clicked because something in the system was broken and it would not open. EVERYTIME we put the code in it flashed "Call Manager". We called the manager and they did nothing to try and fix the situation. Not even something as simple as an "I'm sorry" or anything along those lines.
We contacted the manager (Tracy Clifton) directly about not being able to get in and her response was "Rent is due the fifth (this happened on the 10th), you probably didn't pay. I'll deal with it Monday morning." We had just got the unit on the 2nd and paid for the entire month. Us paying rent was NOT the issue, we did that. This was Saturday night and Monday morning would not work for us because I had to have the rental back Sunday afternoon.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I hope you don't need 24/7 access to your unit because you won't get it here. The door would not open for us using the code that had worked just 2 hours before and we were on a tight timeline to get our things moved in. I had driven 400 miles from South Carolina in a rental truck I only had for 24 hours so I NEEDED to get our stuff in there immediately so I could drive back.
Had to give a one star otherwise I could not leave a review. Called 2 days in a row placed on hold, listened to the horrible young woman help other customers and after 25 mins on hold day 1 I was hung up on, day 2 called and was placed on hold for 15 mins then hung up on, called back 9 times for them to finally answer the phone, told them I was not pleased with there customer service and then was told she was the only one work which was a complete lie because I heard her talking to another employee about a customer... so in the end she was incredibly rude, I will not only be reporting to the BBB, Troy but also the military in hopes of having this place somehow blacklisted.... horrible place, do yourself and your money a favor DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!
It's no wonder this place has so many empty units. Their service is GARBAGE and it's EXPENSIVE. Spend your money elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.
Also, I have never left a review on Google or anywhere else because I generally don't think they are worth the effort, but in this case the service was so extraordinarily bad that I posted a review.
