To all the internationals in Troy, I use to live in one of their partments. Try NOT to rent from them and I will never. They dont have any good apartments near the university yet the rent is relatively higher than other realties. Equipments like AC, refrigerator, carpets are old and needs repair all the time and sometimes they are very slow on response. They overcharge the return security deposit no matter how clean the aprtments are when your lease is end because the aprtments are too old and crappy to keep it in shape. I also heard from many friend of mine that the lady in the office who is in charge has bad atitude when talk to the internationals but only smile when recieving the rent LOL. Anyway STAY AWAY from them internationals, you could find better landlords better aprtments near University!!!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not rent from these people. Forget about getting your security deposit back.

Avoid renting with these people at all costs. They will not perform repairs as needed, they do not ensure that proper maintenance has occurred on their properties, and become hostile at the first sign of pushback. They allowed a leak to persist in my roof for nearly three months before having it fixed, refused to treat a bedbug infestation in my building, and have yet to repair my water heater after a month.
No matter what they're charging you, it's too high. Seriously, rent with literally anyone else in Troy.
