Had to give at least one or I wouldn't have
I had a unit and mailbox here since 2014. I've always been treated great and the cost appeared fair, but I had never used a storage facility before so I had no comparison. I've since bought my house and so I keep the mailbox for ease and security. The ladies are great here and I've never once had an issue.

To the guy who left a review in all caps, it clearly states in the contract you sign that you either remove your items by the end of the month or you will pay for one full month regardless of when you turn in the keys. Obviously your daughter did not read the contract she signed, so the extra money spent is on her. Listen to some Dr Laura and learn how to parent please.
MY DAUGHTER HAS A UNIT THERE PAYING $100.00 PER MONTH. SHE CALLED AND EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT THE NEXT MONTH SHE WILL BE REMOVING HER THINGS BY THE 3RD OF THE MONTH. SHE WAS WILLING TO PAY A COUPLE OF DOLLARS BUT THE LADY STATED SHE HAD TO PAY A FULL MONTH EVEN THOUGH SHE WOULDNT BE THERE!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A RIP OFF! SGE USALLY USE THE ONE IN NONTGOMERY IN WHICH YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU USE! I ADVISE BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! RIP OFF!!
