The best place in the town to get into shape they have it all. Weight rooms, indoor track and indoor pool. It's great for the whole family or just a single person. Best of all they offer a monthly option for those of us who can usually make it to the gym 9 out of 12 months of the year and I'm not tied into a 2 year contract with all the money due up front.
Adore this place. From the pool, programs offer for the youth, the trail, and the gym its an overall super place to visit.
I like the place, quite enough to spend some time with my daughter playing and exercising.

I just noticed they added a new trail so there is a little bit more walking for those that want to walk all of the trails. This is a lovely area to walk or run at.
