The inside of the facility is nice but everything outside is a complete waste of money. The buildings outside are all closed and there is trash and plastic lawn chairs everywhere. It makes the entire exhibit look cheap and unauthentic. There was even yellow caution tape inside of one of the pioneer buildings. It looks like the employees don't care about at least keeping it clean.
One of the coolest museums in the US. A bit old style inside, with little explanation, but honestly, who needs that. There is staff that inform you on the weaving. The buildings and the old locomotive outside are another highlight.
So much history! All of our kids need to learn about it! Steam locomotives and engine's. How to live off the grid.
The people are wonderful and extremely helpful. The museum is beautiful and lots of history.
Love the Pioneer Museum. Been on several field trips there. Each one was great and I even learned something!
