The communication is terrible here. They will randomly shut of the water so they can do "maintenance". Once I called the office they gave nothing but vague answers, that did not help give a clear understanding on how long our water would be out for. It's been several hours and I have yet to get an estimate on how long it will take. I am highly unsatisfied.
Very helpful people in the office, made my transition and move so smooth. I only have it a 2 star rating because of the ladies that helped me. I recently had a extra high bill (for me). It was $70+ and I'm used to $50 since it's only me. So I paid majority of the bill and left a $17 balance to pay off until the next month. I received a letter in the mail stating i was charged being $5 late fee. And of I didn't pay by the 22nd then my utilities would be cut off. So I got on a work trip and my utilities had been off when I returned. So I check my bill to find out the $5 fee was added and a $10 shut off fee so that my utility bill could be an amount over $20 to be shut off. I have never seen this in my adult life. I understand the $5 fee maybe but numerous emails and letters for $17 is crazy. And to acquire fees to shut off service with a customer that has a card on file, and paid every month in full except for the one is absurd.
