I've always had good service here.
Clothes looked like they were never cleaned and pants were not ironed. The stain was still on my shirt when I picked it up. My shirt and pants looked like they just put a bag on them and a ticket for what I owed. I told the lady the stain was still on my shirt and she just looked at me. I told her that I had signed the waiver to use the stain remover and she still just kept adding up how much I owed. Very unprofessional workers and poor quality in dry cleaning.
I took 5 dress shirts and 4 pair of slacks to have dry cleaned, pressed, and starched. Items came back looking like new and just the right amount of starch like I like them. Great job!
I've used Troy Cleaners off and on for over a decade and have always had a good experience with them. It's still owned and operated by the same family and they are always friendly when I need to have something dry cleaned. The location is convenient and their hours are about the same as most businesses in Troy.
