I'm so disappointed with the services provided here. For the second time, I've been told that the physicians and nurses on staff have left for their lunch breaks during mine, and multiple other peoples appointments. Unfortunately I have to utilize my own personal vacation hours from work to go to these appointments. So when I arrive at 1:08 for an appointment at 1:15- I expect common courtesy from the receptionist (the only staff member apparently at work) to tell me that I will not be seen until an hour or more from the time I arrive. I could've re-scheduled and not of wasted my personal vacation hours to sit in a waiting room for more than 40 minutes past my appointment time before inquiring about being seen! When bringing this attention to the receptionist, I received a shrug and basically an "oh-well", sorry they had to go to lunch late.After telling the receptionist about this being the second time I've had this happen to me, she suggested that they try adn schedule me for a later hour in the day, INSINUATING this happens OFTEN. People come to this facility to be treated and to discuss mediciation. WHICH IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to at least show the common courtesy of, Oh I don't know, actually being in the office when their clients arrive? I repeat: THIS IS THE SECOND time this has happened to me. I'd love to be transferred to a different facility where I can hope to receive the most basic of care and respect. Thanks for wasting my time
