My Grandfather and my Uncle were doctors so when they passed I was very picky about choosing a new doctor in Troy to care for me and my family. Dr Ben surpassed my expectations. He is extremely competent and compassionate. You will not find a better family physician. Highly recommended.
Appointment was scheduled for 2:30 at 4 we ask how much longer it would be, nurse said a few minutes. At 4:30 we left, walked by nurses desk, they never even acknowledge that we were leaving. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had at this place in less than a month.
