Traveling from N. Ms to Tallahassee, Fl in wife's Dodge van, passed through Troy on Fri afternoon when it began to spit, sputter, & stall. Found Premier on Google, where service manager Matt pulled mechanic off current job to check it. Four hrs later, figured out there was serious engine damage. Courtesy ride to motel for the night, completed work Sat. Great job, ask for mechanic Cal.

If it was possible for me to give a 0 star rating this would be the first one I would give. By far this was the absolute worst experience I've had at a car dealership. They falsified an ad by pulling photos off of the internet as I stated for a vehicle on the lot. When I got there it wasn't even the right color the interior whitch they said had some stains and cosmetic where was next to destroyed both of the driver side door panels were damaged and handles were broken on the interior. There was Heavy staining only upholstery. They further stated that the vehicle was in good condition and ready to drive upon starting said vehicle the first thing that came on was a service 4 wheel drive notification and the vehicle would not go into 4 wheel drive, it was idling very poorly as well. This experience is not only wrong but possibly Criminal as it seems to be a perfect example of a bait and switch. I gave them a chance to redeem their self and asked them to please pull the trouble codes so I would know what was wrong with the drivetrain they said they would when we went to eat. We returned the vehicle had not been moved and they told me that they would not be able to get to it until tomorrow at the earliest. For these reasons I recommend you to go somewhere else whether you're buying new or used or even browsing don't stop the people here will mislead you and give you false information just so you will come in and then try to push a different vehicle on you.
