Horrible salad bar with dried out food, nails sticking out of side of bench seat, tore my 35.00 special made shirt, they are right where small children walk by and neither waitress could give a flip that was preparing our Table. My husband's steak wasn't cooked right and he specifically asked for no sour cream on his potato. When asked for to go drinks, they weren't topped off. We had to ask for lids and the waiter said the manager said they did not have lids. My husband saw lids on way to bathroom. He requested to speak to the manager. No one had told her about issues. I noticed people leaving without eating full meals. The waiter didn't even know what beer they had on tap and yelled across the room at the guy who asked about beer, he asked to see menu, waiter yelled out on table. This is what it is like to eat at Troy, AL Ruby Tuesday. No wonder the one in our city closed down.

Had to wait to get a table while the person at the register had to set up a table for 12 while other employees (3) stood behind the bar and saw the reception area getting backed up. My food was marginal, Tilapia tasted muddy- should have sent it back. However, my wife's chicken dish was excellent. Salad bar was good. Server was prompt and courteous. I only eat here on rare occasions. Last time (one year ago) I had to argue with the bartender about a gin and tonic that I wanted with a twist of lime. I wanted lime but rather than just comply I was informed; many like their G&T without a twist of lime- really can you be that customer insensitive?

Excellent service. The staff was very pleasant and made spending money pleasant!

Salad bar covering makes it hard to reach certain items, felt cheated when i ordered lobster tail, they are small nd cut in half to appear like two tails.

I travel. Most times I am stopping to eat during off hours. Still, the salad bar was filled and fresh. Staff was friendly and prompt. The food was great.
